Went in the place was prob 100 degrees inside with no AC only two cars being worked on and two people in the waiting room but the guy at the desk said it would be hours to get to a plug for my tire with two people ahead of me. Just say you don’t want to do it man. Also the manager said he just not schedule his techs on a Sunday which is weird bc that’s when people are off and able to get their cars fixed. This place won’t be open long running like this. Waste of time

Very professional staff, Adam provided an excellent recommendation of camper tire and a very competitive price. Orien ( was not sure of spelling) got tires mounted and called us when ready. Easy process.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helped us with promotions and other discounts with ease. We were just leaving Myrtle beach and our car died. They got us in within an hour and got us out faster than expected. I would recommend them to anyone!!

After I purchased 4 new tires I was having a vibration. I returned to the store two times. All they did was balance the tires two more times. I went to the Myrtle Beach store and the Tech suggested I may have a bad tire and suggested I go to the Surfside store where they have a more advanced balance machine. Larry talked to me for a moment and then took my car in without an appointment. When they found the problem he took me to the garage and showed me the problem. A bent rim, actually 3 bent rims. he balanced them and put them on the car where they would cause least problem. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU LARRY. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Ed T.

I want to give a huge thank you to Firestone Complete Auto Care, especially Hunter and Alex. I’m from out of town and ended up with a flat tire, which had me feeling stressed and panicked. From the moment I walked in, Hunter and Alex provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from a tire shop. Their calm, professional, and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. They treated me with kindness, respect, and urgency, and made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
